SYSTEM STATUS: ONLINE
I keep enterprise identity, cloud and infrastructure in sync.
Currently working as a Cloud Support Engineer
MD Owais Junodi — Cloud Support Engineer at Tru Performance LLP, supporting the Covideo client. On any given day I'm somewhere between Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and AWS — provisioning users, fixing SSO, or SSH'd into an EC2 box. Currently building toward Cloud & DevOps Engineering, with AI automation on the side.

[ 01 · ABOUT ]
From ops tickets to cloud architecture
I started my career the way a lot of cloud engineers do — on the ground floor of IT Operations at IBM, resolving tickets, resetting accounts, and learning how large organizations actually run their technology day to day. That's where I picked up the instinct that still drives how I work: understand why a system is built the way it is before you touch it.
Today, as a Cloud Support Engineer at Tru Performance LLP, I support the Covideo client across a genuinely wide surface area — Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, AWS infrastructure, Linux servers, Slack, SharePoint and Atlassian. I handle identity and access management, provisioning and deprovisioning, security and compliance tasks, and I write the internal documentation that keeps all of it repeatable.
I hold a B.Tech in Computer Engineering (2024) and a Diploma in Computer Engineering (2021). What I'm working on now is the next step: moving from supporting cloud systems to building and automating them — as a Cloud Engineer, then DevOps Engineer, with AI-driven automation as a specialty I'm actively growing into.

From my GitHub
Pulled live from github.com/Dark-Knight07 — 26 public repos in total. These are the ones that best show the range: cloud scripting, AI automation, and the web fundamentals everything else is built on.
Personal-Portfolio
A modern, responsive portfolio built with React, TypeScript and Vite — the predecessor to this site.
ai-job-agent
An autonomous AI job-outreach agent: a Telegram bot wired to Groq AI and Gmail automation to streamline job applications.
EQIP9-Assignment
A Python script that lists the contents of an AWS S3 bucket using the AWS SDK — early hands-on AWS scripting.
Practice-Aws-
A hands-on AWS practice repository, built alongside Linux fundamentals while learning cloud infrastructure basics.
Build-Your-Own-Alexa
A Python voice assistant using speech recognition, text-to-speech and AWS Lambda hosting — an early dive into AI + cloud together.
Movie-App
A React movie browser with live search, built while learning component-based front-end development.

Live & deployed
Real applications, deployed on Vercel and reachable right now — not mockups.
[ 06 · ROADMAP ]
Concept & learning projects
What I'm building next, to turn daily manual admin work into automated tooling. Marked honestly by status — nothing here is dressed up as more finished than it is.
AWS SFTP User Provisioning Tool
Automates what I currently do by hand: creating SFTP users on AWS-hosted Linux servers, generating scoped keys, and locking each user to their own directory.
Cross-Platform User Lifecycle Automation
A single automation flow that provisions or deprovisions a user across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365/Entra ID at once.
Infrastructure-as-Code for EC2 Baseline
My first Terraform project: codifying the "standard" EC2 + VPC + IAM role setup so new environments can be spun up consistently.
AI-Assisted SOP & Knowledge Base Generator
Turns raw troubleshooting notes into structured, Confluence-ready SOPs — headings, tables, expected command output and troubleshooting.
Lightweight Cloud Infrastructure Monitor
A small monitoring layer over EC2 and core AWS services with Slack alerting, to learn observability from the ground up.
Linux Server Admin Toolkit
A collection of hardened scripts for disk/service health checks, user audits, and log triage — one toolkit instead of scattered one-off commands.
[ 07 · CERTIFICATIONS ]
Certifications
This shelf is intentionally empty — for now.
I'm currently studying toward my first cloud certification. This section is built to grow: each new certification drops in below as a card with the issuing body, date, and credential link.
[ 08 · DOCUMENTATION ]
Documentation is part of the job, not an afterthought
Every environment I touch gets written down — not just for me, but for whoever's on call after me.
SOP Development
Step-by-step operating procedures for recurring admin tasks — user provisioning, SFTP setup, MFA resets — written so a new hire could follow them unassisted.
Knowledge Base Creation
Confluence-style internal docs with clear headings, expected command output, warnings and troubleshooting sections built in from the start.
IT Process Documentation
Onboarding/offboarding checklists and cross-platform runbooks that keep Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and AWS processes consistent.
Technical Writing
Translating "how I fixed it" into "how anyone can fix it" — the same instinct that shapes how I explain things when learning something new myself.
